One of my favorite reminders comes from the story of Sara Blakely (the founder of Spanx). Her dad would ask, “What did you fail at this week?” If she didn’t have an answer, he’d send her back out to try something. That lesson is gold in practice ownership: don’t be afraid of failing—be afraid of not trying.
