This calculator is based on the Ocular Hypertension Treatment Study (OHTS) and European Glaucoma Prevention Study (EGPS) risk model, which is widely used in research and clinical practice.
Risk Categories
- Low Risk (0-9%): Monitor annually
- Moderate Risk (10-19%): Consider closer follow-up
- High Risk (20%+): Consider treatment initiation
Key Input Parameters
- IOP: Average or worst-eye intraocular pressure
- CCT: Central corneal thickness in microns
- C/D Ratio: Vertical cup-to-disc ratio from optic nerve assessment

Clinical Considerations
